Allan Black studied at Glasgow School of Art, graduating in 1980. He has had solo exhibitions in Ohio, South
Carolina and Scotland. He has been involved in group shows in Germany, France, England, Scotland and USA.
He is an artist member of the Paisley Art Institute.
