50th Year Events

To commemorate 50 years of the Glasgow Group we wanted to mount an exhibition of all the artists who have exhibited with us in the past half century. As this could number more than 400 individuals from this country and abroad it was soon obvious that a big enough venue would not be available. We therefore decided to mount it as a virtual gallery on our website. Each artist is represented by one work and are shown in the order of the year they first exhibited with the group. The exhibition will grow throughout the year as we receive work from more artists. This is an exhibition of about 70 artists and also includes our foreign contacts
from Norway,Sweden, Germany, Poland, France, Ukraine, Australia and Spain.
